Our address is 1 Galambos Way, Sandy Springs, GA 30328; we're located next to CityBar. & Café, near the roundabout and fountain. Short-term parking, if available, is allowed for 10 minutes.
What is the Sandy Springs PAC ticket refund/exchange policy?
There are no refunds on tickets that have been scanned.
We will process refunds or exchanges up until 48 hours before your event.
Once the event has passed, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
If your request is 45 days after purchase, we issue a refund by check; please allow up to 10 business days to receive a check.
How much is the Sandy Springs PAC ticket service fee?
We charge a service fee on top of your ticket price and the fee varies depending on price of the ticket. The fee amount remains the same whether you purchase online or in person at the box office.
Applicable sales tax is included in the published ticket price.
How do I avoid getting scammed by a third-party ticket reseller?
There are many websites that re-sell tickets at a price higher than the ticket value. Ticket fraud is becoming more prevalent; if you buy from a third-party reseller, your ticket could be fake, stolen, or re-sold several times.
Additionally, if you buy from a reseller, Sandy Springs PAC cannot help you if your tickets do not scan or there are any issues. We encourage you to buy directly from Sandy Springs PAC to ensure that you are not scammed and that your tickets are not fraudulent.
What is your policy for ticketing for young children?
Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket if they are able to sit on a lap.
Is Sandy Springs PAC the same as City Springs Theatre Company?
No. City Springs Theatre Company is a separate theatre company, and they have their own Box Office. We do not sell tickets for City Springs Theatre Company.

What's the difference between City Springs and Sandy Springs PAC?
Like other city centers and entertainment districts, City Springs refers to the district that encompasses Sandy Springs City Hall, Sandy Springs Performing Arts and Conference Center, Sandy Springs Veterans Park, City Green and its Splash Pad and Shade Bosque, Heritage Amphitheatre and Lawn, the Aston apartments, and shopping/retail/restaurants on Blue Stone Road.
The Performing Arts Center is the crown jewel of the City Springs district.
How do I rent a space at Sandy Springs PAC? How much does it cost?

Does Sandy Springs PAC have ADA/accessible seating?
Yes! Seats labeled with the wheelchair symbol on our seating chart have seats that are removable to make room for a wheelchair. We have also labeled companion seating near the wheelchair space.
If you have questions about accessible seating options, please contact the Box Office and we are happy to assist.
Please do not purchase accessible seating if you do not have mobility issues; we want to ensure there are seats available for all guests.
Does Sandy Springs PAC have ADA/accessible parking?
Yes, our underground parking deck has ADA spaces available, ramps, elevators, and automatic doors into the building. Additionally, the City Green and Shade Bosque are accessible.
When is CityBar. & Café open?
CityBar. & Café serves gourmet grab & go breakfast and lunch Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. You can also grab a friend and stay a while, with indoor and outdoor dining.
It's also open 1 hour before each Sandy Springs PAC performance with drinks and a limited bar menu.
