Accessibility at Performances
Assisted Listening in our Theatres
For those with hearing impairments, we offer an assisted listening system to enhance your listening experience at events in the Byers and Studio Theatres.
Listen Audio Receiver
Running on our analog wireless audio system, the Listen Audio Receiver is a good option for legacy hearing aids and anyone who doesn’t have a smartphone.

ASL Interpretation Services
ASL Interpretation services are available by request for certain shows. Please make your request at least 2 weeks before the show you plan to attend by emailing boxoffice@sandyspringsga.gov
Valet Parking
At this time, individuals with a State issued handicap parking permit qualify for $10 valet parking for events. Valet parking is located outside the Sandy Springs PAC on Galambos Way, near the roundabout.
In addition to valet and street parking options, our underground parking garage is a convenient place to park for people with accessibility concerns.
Locating the Underground Parking Garage
From Roswell Road, turn west onto Mount Vernon Highway and take an immediate right on to Galambos Way to enter the underground parking garage on the east side, closest to the Sandy Springs PAC.
Use 5 Galambos Way, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 as the GPS address for the East entrance to the parking deck.
Accessible Parking for the Performing Arts Center
We recommend using the East Garage entrance (5 Galambos Way, Sandy Springs, GA 30328) for events at Sandy Springs PAC.
Once you enter on the east side, you will see “blue” markings on Level P1. The elevator to the Performing Arts Center theatres will be on your left. If there are no spots available on this level, continue through the parking deck to where the walls are painted green, turn left and left again. This will take you down to the blue parking area the Level P2. There are designated handicap accessible parking spaces on this level and they are marked by blue lights.
Accessible Parking for City Hall and the Conference Center
We recommend using the East Garage entrance (5 Galambos Way, Sandy Springs, GA 30328) for events at City Hall and the Conference Center.
Once you enter on the east side, you will see “blue” markings on Level P1. Continue straight into the "green" area. The elevator to City Hall and the Conference Center will be on your right. As you enter the elevator lobby, you will see two elevators. Make sure you use the elevator on the right side and take it to "1R" to get to the lobby level.
